These are polished, low-anxiety, high-production-value experiences that serve tourists and locals who want wellness as a scheduled amenity.

The standalone practitioners are thinner on the ground. Miami Sound Healing combines a public practice with a training academy and runs a free monthly community sound bath — the only free offering in the city and the most accessible entry point. Kanekshun hosts new-moon-themed sessions at The Standard Spa on Miami Beach, which is the closest thing to a recurring community event in a non-hotel venue.

The scene is concentrated on Miami Beach and in the Design District, with almost nothing in mainland Miami proper. That's a geographic signal: this is a tourist-adjacent market, not a neighborhood-wellness market. The price range is surprisingly moderate given the hotel-heavy format — several events start under $25, and Vanessa Ferragut's Reiki + sound bath at WE MAKE DC runs $15 on Sundays.

Missing from this market: a dedicated sound bath studio. No one in Miami has opened a space built for the purpose the way Somatic Sounds has in Asheville or The Soundbath Center has in LA. The gap is real.
